This rare Sailor limited edition fountain pen was released more than a decade ago.
Based on an elongated version of Sailor’s full-sized, flat-top 21K fountain pen, it features a beautifully figured briarwood cap finished with clear lacquer to highlight the natural wood grain. The barrel is crafted from black ebonite, creating an elegant contrast with the warm tones of the wooden cap.
The pen is fitted with a 21K gold Naginata Togi NM (Naginata Medium) nib, hand-ground by the legendary nib craftsman Nobuyoshi Nagahara.
Combining traditional Japanese craftsmanship, distinctive materials, and the highly sought-after original Nagahara-ground nib, this discontinued limited edition is a remarkable collector’s piece.
