The Sailor King Profit Maki-e Four Seasons series was produced in only two complete sets, with each pen individually numbered.

The Winter model is particularly remarkable, as it utilizes a prototype barrel design that was never officially released to the public, making it exceptionally rare. It is also fitted with an original vintage Cross Point nib from the Nagahara era. The complex multi-layer construction of the Cross Point allows for extraordinary line variation depending on the writing angle, and remains one of Nobuyoshi Nagahara's most celebrated specialty nib designs.
