Inspired by the image of a dragon emerging from blazing flames, Enryu combines the mysterious beauty of traditional Japanese craftsmanship with the exceptional writing performance of the Sailor King of Pen (KOP).
The barrel features a deep black base intertwined with intricate patterns of dark red and gray. The layered textures resemble flames flowing through darkness or the scales of a dragon gradually emerging from the shadows, creating a powerful and mysterious visual impression.
Unlike traditional dragon designs that rely on vibrant colors, Enryu expresses its theme through a more subtle and sophisticated approach. The interplay of black and deep red reveals remarkable depth and texture, with intricate details that change beautifully under different lighting conditions. The gold plated clip adds a refined touch of elegance to the overall design.
Built on the prestigious Sailor King of Pen, this fountain pen is equipped with Sailor’s renowned 21K Naginata Togi gold nib. Its distinctive grinding technique allows the line width to vary depending on the writing angle, offering expressive strokes and a uniquely versatile writing experience.
Enryu is more than a writing instrument. It is an artistic creation that embodies strength, mystery, and traditional Japanese aesthetics. The richly textured barrel and exceptional Naginata Togi nib come together to create a remarkable fountain pen with distinctive character and collectible appeal.
