This elegant Nakaya Cigar Piccolo fountain pen features a deep, glossy black Kuro-Roiro urushi lacquer finish, meticulously applied over an ebonite body using traditional Japanese lacquer techniques.
Its most charming detail is the golden goldfish roll stopper, which not only prevents the pen from rolling but also adds a playful and distinctive touch to its refined appearance.
In Japanese culture, goldfish are often associated with good fortune and prosperity. The striking contrast between the golden ornament and the rich black lacquer creates a beautiful balance of elegance and charm.
Equipped with Nakaya’s 14K gold nib, this exquisite writing instrument combines traditional Japanese craftsmanship, artistic beauty, and an exceptional writing experience.
