Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

For pre-order, customized, special-order, or upcoming release items, the estimated shipping schedule will be stated on the product page or communicated separately.

Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, new product releases, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Origin

Depending on product availability and inventory location, orders may be shipped from Japan or China.

The shipping origin is determined based on inventory location, destination, and current logistics conditions.

If an order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped separately.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries and regions worldwide.

Orders shipped from Japan are primarily sent via EMS (Express Mail Service).

Orders shipped from China are primarily sent via SF Express.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, local customs regulations, logistics conditions, and product type. If we are unable to ship your order to your destination, we will contact you.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Orders shipped from Japan can generally be tracked through EMS, while orders shipped from China can generally be tracked through SF Express.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping origin, destination, shipping method, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections, weather, holidays, flight schedules, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

As orders may be shipped from either Japan or China, applicable import charges may vary depending on the shipping origin, destination, declared value, and local customs regulations.

IZUMIPEN is unable to determine or guarantee the amount of duties or taxes that may be charged.

Shipping Address

Please make sure that your name, shipping address, postal code, telephone number, and other contact information are complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please keep the item, all packaging materials, and the shipping box, and provide us with your order number and clear photographs of the package and item.

We will assist with the investigation through EMS, SF Express, or the relevant carrier and determine the appropriate next steps based on the circumstances.
